- VallartaByOwners does not operate as a real estate business under Mexican law and does not conduct regulated real estate activities in Mexico.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

all information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

6. PAYMENTS, FEES & CURRENCY
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
VallartaByOwners does NOT store credit card or banking information.
All fees are for marketing and platform access only.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing.
Payment does NOT guarantee:
a sale,
inquiries,
leads,
a specific selling price,
a specific timeframe.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Real estate outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including:
market conditions,
pricing strategy,
property condition,
buyer demand,
legal and regulatory factors.
VallartaByOwners makes NO guarantees regarding performance or results.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VallartaByOwners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages,
We are not responsible for losses, disputes, delays, or damages arising from buyer-seller interactions,
We are not responsible for errors or omissions in user-generated content.
