We open the door for serious buyers

When a serious buyer wants to visit your property, they first contact us through our website.

We then personally go and open the door for the showing.

We verify the buyer’s interest and ensure your property is shown properly and safely.

Owner choice — you’re in control. You decide whether to accept buyer-agent showings and whether to negotiate with an agent. If a buyer agent is involved, you decide whether any compensation applies and how it’s structured — a percentage (for example 1%-2%–3%-3.5%) or a fixed amount — or none at all.

If the buyer is interested, you have two options:

  • We connect the buyer directly with you, or

  • We redirect the buyer to our law firm, who prepares a formal offer and sends it to you

Some owners prefer not to negotiate directly — and that’s perfectly fine.
We offer both options so you can choose what works best for you.
