Service agreement

Scope of Services
VallartaByOwners provides marketing support services for property owners, including property listing creation, professional photography coordination, and buyer showing facilitation. VallartaByOwners does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or legal representative and does not negotiate prices or contractual terms.

Owner Responsibilities
The property owner confirms they have the legal right to market the property and authorize access for photography and showings. The owner is responsible for ensuring the property is adequately insured.

Property Access & Security
Access to the property will be coordinated with the owner, concierge, or property manager. VallartaByOwners takes reasonable care to ensure professional handling of the property but cannot guarantee against unforeseen incidents.

Limitation of Liability
VallartaByOwners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or incident occurring during property access, showings, or photography sessions, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

No Guarantee of Sale
VallartaByOwners provides marketing exposure and support services only and does not guarantee the sale of the property or a specific sale price.

Consent
By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these terms and authorize VallartaByOwners to proceed with the services described.
