Is this a traditional real estate brokerage agreement?
No. VallartaByOwners provides marketing and support services only and does not act as a real estate broker or agent. You remain the owner-seller and keep full control of pricing, terms, and offers.
Do I still pay commission?
No. You pay a one-time flat fee of $1,999. Optional add-ons (if any) are separate and clearly listed above.
Owner choice — you’re in control. You decide whether to accept buyer-agent showings and whether to negotiate with an agent. If a buyer agent is involved, you decide whether any compensation applies and how it’s structured — a percentage (for example 1%–2% -3%-3.5%) or a fixed amount — or none at all.
What if I live abroad?
That’s common. We help make the process manageable from a distance with clear steps, documentation support, and coordinated showings where needed.
Who handles legal and closing?
Closing is handled through the appropriate legal professionals (attorney / notary) as required. VallartaByOwners can help you understand the steps and coordinate documents, but we do not provide legal representation.
